Proposals may be hand delivered, mailed, sent by FedEx or UPS to the City of Martinsville Central Warehouse, Purchasing Department, 990 Fishel Street, Martinsville, Virginia, 24112-3248. Proposals may also be sent by postal mail to the City of Martinsville Purchasing Department, Attention: Karen Mays, Purchasing Manager, P O Box 1112, Martinsville, Va. 24114. Place “Auto Lift & Jacks” at the lower left hand corner of the envelope, along with the due date of January 26, 2017, 2:00 p.m. |
