Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiations for a qualified firm(s) to provide a complete Windows based, or approved equal, SCADA Master Station Upgrade, including hardware and software, along with eight (8) Remote Terminal Unit Upgrades and related professional services to the City of Martinsville. The City of Martinsville may award multiple contracts as a result of this RFP. The City may give preference to a Window based system.
