NEW COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IN LAB FOR PCJTA REVISED DATE

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, by the Piedmont Criminal Justice Training Academy, to contract with a firm to furnish and install new Computer Equipment necessary to develop a Computer Lab at the facility. The PCJTA is located at 1024 DuPont Road in Martinsville, Va. Vendors are asked to introduce solutions for this new lab. The new equipment necessary for this Computer Lab is 30 Laptops or similar equipment with MS Office Software (HP or Dell brands are acceptable); a Server for both storage/backup and applications; Charging Stations; Wireless Printer; and a new Router.
A mandatory meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, where qualified vendors can see the current equipment, room set-ups and discuss needs of the academy. Your firm must be able to provide this equipment and ongoing on-site support. The PCJTA is requiring 24 hour or less continuing support. Preference may be given to a firm within a 40 mile radius.
